3. Course Registration and Participation
When you enroll in a course, you will receive a confirmation email with important details such
as session times and participation instructions. It is your responsibility to provide accurate
contact information and attend sessions on time.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Paid Courses

Full Refund Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your paid registration within 24 hours of signing
up and receive a full refund, provided the course has not yet started.

Cancellation by The Kennedy Link Learning Group: In the event The Kennedy Link Learning
Group cancels a course, you will receive a full refund.

Final Sale After 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window, all sales are final and no refunds will be
issued.

Rescheduling: After 24 hours, refunds are unavailable, but you may request to reschedule for a
future session, subject to availability.

Unforeseen Circumstances: If unexpected circumstances occur please contact us promptly.
While refunds are not guaranteed, we will attempt to accommodate rescheduling or course credit
where possible.

Free Courses

Free courses are provided with no cost. Please give at least 24-hour notice if you must cancel or
reschedule. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may limit your eligibility for future
free sessions.

The Kennedy Link Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule free courses with reasonable
notice and, if possible, alternative sessions.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within courses including: videos, text, images, logos, and course
materials is owned exclusively by Kennedy Link Learning Group or its licensors and is protected
by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You are permitted to use this content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Copying,
