Are the Sessions Free or Paid?
We offer a mix of free and paid sessions. Free sessions are accessible to all registrants. Paid sessions may include more in-depth content and structured learning experiences. Refund and rescheduling policies differ between the two—please refer to our Terms of Use for more details.
How Are Sessions Delivered?
Sessions are conducted virtually through secure video conferencing platforms. After registration, you’ll receive an email with access instructions and any preparation materials, if applicable.
Is Medical Advice or Individual Health Support Provided?
No. KennedyLink Learning Group provides general educational content only. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment plans. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult their own healthcare providers for any personal health concerns.
Can Sessions Be Rescheduled or Cancelled?
Paid sessions may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the session has not started. After that period, all sales are final. In the event we must cancel a session, a full refund will be issued. For free sessions, cancellations or rescheduling may be accommodated with advance notice. See our Terms of Use for full details.
Is Personal Health Information Collected or Shared?
No personal health information (PHI) is collected or shared. We follow Canadian federal and provincial privacy regulations to ensure all participant data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Can Course Materials Be Shared or Distributed?
No. All course materials, including slides, recordings, and supplementary documents, are protected under intellectual property laws. Redistribution, duplication, or recording of materials is strictly prohibited.
How Are Questions Addressed During or After Sessions?
Questions of a general nature may be addressed during group sessions. However, we do not respond to direct messages (DMs), emails, or comments that require personalized health advice, in alignment with professional regulatory standards.
Are Session Outcomes or Results Guaranteed?
No. KennedyLink Learning Group makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. Educational content is meant to supplement your knowledge, not to serve as a substitute for individualized care or treatment plans.
Who Facilitates the Learning Sessions?
All educational content is designed and led by registered, certified, or licensed healthcare professionals who bring clinical expertise and professional experience to each session.
Is a Certificate of Completion Provided?
At this time, we do not offer certificates for participation. We are exploring options to add this feature in the future.
Is Preparation Required Before Attending a Session?
There is no mandatory preparation, but we recommend logging in from a quiet location with access to a notebook and pen, and any questions relevant to the session topic.
Can a Session Be Rewatched or Accessed Later?
Currently, sessions are conducted live and are not available for replay. This may change as we grow, but for now, we encourage participants to attend live for the full experience.
How Often Are Sessions Offered?

How Are Participants Expected to Engage?
We ask all participants to engage respectfully, remain within the educational boundaries of the session, and refrain from requesting or expecting personal health plans, one-on-one consultations, or guaranteed outcomes.
